What is Net Tangible Benefit?

Net Tangible Benefit Definition

A concept used to approve FHA Streamline Refinancing. To be approved, there must be a “net tangible benefit” to the borrower, which basically means they must benefit financially from the refinance. If there is little to no change (meaning no net tangible benefit), the loan will not be approved.
